- Lying on a flat bench
- Head in contact with the bench throughout the entire movement
- Shoulder Blades pushed into the benchTight hand grip, hand and wrist stacked on the forearm
- Glute Muscles squeezed Feet flat on the ground for stability, pushing into the ground
- Bend at the elbow while lowering the DB towards the ears Keep the elbows point up to the sky
- Reverse the movement by bringing the weight back up
