Points of emphasis
- Stand/Sit as tall as possible
- Tight hand grip on the dumbbell
- Elbows slightly bent
- Raise the dumbbell out to the side and slightly forward, as far away from the body as you can
- Reach about shoulder height
- Slowly lower the dumbbell with control
